My desk arrived earlier this afternoon. I had a call from the courier to say they’d be here in about 15 minutes and she turned up on
I checked the contents of the two boxes and everything appeared to be intact so signed it off. My job for this weekend will be to put
it all together - can’t wait!

space within a five day period. Two Desks with drawers and cable holes, two bookcases and a filing cabinet.
After all the helpful e-mails to my enquiry with me finally placing an order late on the Monday. I was impressed that you were able to
manufacture and deliver them by the Friday. When we had a few small hiccups you were quick to check things and get back to me. This is
impressive because most companies just ignore you once they have the order and money.
The quality of the furniture is great and we managed to assemble it all with no difficulty. The new office now looks very professional with
everything matching and all at an affordable price.

Back in April 2009 I started my enquiries to purchase for the netball centre, some folding tables and stackable chairs. I dealt with Nathan
Bullmore. From this date on, Nathan's service was impeccable. He sent the quote out to me the next day via email, my chosen line of
communication. Months passed because I had applied to a funding organisation for funding for the purchase of these items. Nathan would have
followed up with me twice, a great way to close a sale. It wasn't until early 2010, March actually that I was able to contact Nathan to give
him the go ahead with the sale and the delivery of the goods. Nathan was able to honour the quote back in April 2009, kept me totally
informed about when the goods would arrive. He even arranged for the driver to call me an hour out from delivery. To top it off, the goods

In my role as Secretary for the Artworks Theatre Society I came upon the Capital Commercial Furniture NZ website while searching for ideas
for new seating to replace the 120 green plastic BBQ chairs we had for our audiences. The CCFNZ website was well designed and made searching
a breeze. I was impressed with their variety of products and made an enquiry about several possibilities. (There were other companies we had
made enquiries of, as well.) Very shortly after that, I received an email with a link to a comprehensive quote for each of the products I’d
asked about. Committees being committees, I forwarded the link to everyone so they could have a look for themselves. Throughout the long,
drawn-out process of reaching a concensus within the Committee – this was the culminating project of an 18-month, $40,000 upgrade process

how the decision-making was going and whether there was anything else we needed from CCFNZ. The decision was finally made to go with the
Seeger seats and, even though there were a few issues that cropped up as the seats arrived, Nathan was always immediately responsive,
courteous and helpful – and we are SO very pleased with our new seating. People coming into the Theatre stand with dropped jaws, in awe of
the huge difference the new seats make to our ambience – and when they’ve taken their seats, they’re pleased with the comfort, too! I
